Lily Apparel Holdings Inc. accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective GEMMA+JANE merchandise. Items can be returned by mail or returned/exchanged at any GEMMA+JANE store.
Please note that certain GEMMA+JANE collections are excluded from in-store returns or exchanges. Additionally, purchases made online cannot be returned to other Lily Apparel Holdings Inc. affiliate store locations.
Returns with Proof of Purchase:
- Within 30 Days: If your return is received within 30 days of the original purchase date and is accompanied by a proof of purchase, we will issue a refund for the price paid to your original form of payment. For in-store returns, you may opt for a merchandise exchange instead.
- After 30 Days: Returns made more than 30 days after the purchase date with a proof of purchase will be credited for the item’s current selling price. The credit will be issued as a merchandise credit* or an in-store merchandise exchange.
- Gift Returns: Gift returns accompanied by proof of purchase and received within 30 days of the original transaction will be refunded via an E-Gift Certificate, sent to the recipient for the amount paid by the sender.
Returns without Proof of Purchase:
Returns that lack a proof of purchase will be credited for the item’s current selling price on the date of the return. This credit will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit*.
Price Adjustments:
We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Final Sale Items:
Any GEMMA+JANE merchandise marked “Final Sale” is sold “as is.” These items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or price adjustment. If an item returned without a proof of purchase is determined to be a Final Sale item based on its current status, the return will not be accepted.
